COVID-19 Vaccines
Government funded COVID-19 vaccines are no longer available.
As of September 11, 2023, the FDA has approved an updated vaccine that replaces all previous vaccines. These new vaccines have not yet shipped to providers; check back in the coming weeks.
Must be appropriate age.
Walk-ins are welcome but please call ahead to verify vaccine availability and wait times
Bring both your medical and pharmacy insurance cards.
Wear proper attire with easy access to your upper arm.
Please print the COVID-19 vaccine consent form and bring with you to your appointment.
Be prepared to wait - We are giving vaccines from 10:30 to 5:00 on weekdays and by appointment on Saturdays. Please be prepared to spend 30-45 minutes getting your vaccine. This accounts for filling out paperwork, giving your vaccine, and monitoring you for at least 15 minutes.
